1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! We’re available for destination weddings and love travelling for them. Just share your location and date, and we’ll send over a tailored quote (including travel).

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, definitely. We’ll help you plan the whole thing, from choosing a location and the best time of day for light, to outfit tips and making it feel relaxed and natural. On the day, we’ll guide you gently so nothing feels awkward.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Our full cancellation / rescheduling policy is outlined in your contract, but in short:

• If you need to reschedule: we’ll always do our best to move things over, subject to availability. Your booking fee/retainer is transferable to a new date (usually within 12 months), and any travel/accommodation already booked may still need to be covered.

• If you cancel: the booking fee/retainer is non-refundable, as it secures the date and we’ve turned away other enquiries. Any work completed (and any non-refundable expenses) may also be chargeable depending on timing.


4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, all of the above. You’ll receive your images as high-resolution digital files in an online gallery (easy to download and share), and you can also order professional prints and beautifully made albums, we can help you choose the right options and design something that feels very “you.”

5. Do you have a recommended other suppliers?

We’ve worked with loads of brilliant suppliers over the years (planners, florists, celebrants, DJs/bands, HMU, cake, styling, etc.) and we’re always happy to recommend people we genuinely trust. Just tell us your venue/location and the vibe you’re going for and we’ll send a tailored list.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, definitely! If there are any must-haves (certain poses, family groupings, or specific shots), just let us know and we’ll plan for them. We’ll also guide you naturally on the day so it feels relaxed and looks like you, rather than overly posed.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, of course. We’re happy to meet before your session — whether that’s a quick Zoom/FaceTime or a coffee locally if timings work. It’s a great chance to chat through your plans, choose a location, and make sure everything feels relaxed on the day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos & videos ?

For photography, our typical turnaround is:

• Engagement session: 2–3 weeks

• Wedding: 6–10 weeks

For videography, our typical turnaround is: 10-16 weeks depending on deliverables chosen

During peak wedding season, delivery times can vary.
